ASK® LYSE 3P (Non-Sterile)
PURPOSE
The ASK LYSE 3P is, a lysing reagent, used on the cell analyzer (SYSMEX K800, K-1000 and K-4500) for WBC differential counting.
PRINCIPLE
The principle of cell analyzer counting was the COULTER Principle, sometimes called the Electronic Impedance Principle, invented by Wallace Coulter in 1974.
