ASK® HEMADILUENT R-K (Non-Sterile)
PURPOSE
The ASK HEMADILUENT R-K is, an isotonic reagent, used on the cell analyzer (SYSMEX, ABBOTT and ROCHE) for blood cell (RBC, WBC and Platelet) counting.
PRINCIPLE
The principle of cell analyzer counting was the COULTER Principle, sometimes called the Electronic Impedance Principle, invented by Wallace Coulter in 1974.
